Contract for Outsourced Security Services

Tender description

The College has reviewed its arrangements for Security and to ensure compliance to EU Procurement Regulations is now re-tendering for an Outsourced Security provision comprising Security Guard placement. The College wishes to appoint one provider for this Service to supplement the College's in-house security and concierge provision. The proposed contract is for a fixed period of 2 years options to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments subject to satisfactory performance and a benchmark of applicable rates/performance. All tendered pricing should be fixed for two years (subject to legislative changes effecting pay / pensions). In order to facilitate a seamless transition the College intend to engage in a mobilisation process commencing March 2018 with go live ("Go Live") planned for 01 June 2018. In the event that an appropriate solution for the College is not agreed the College reserves the right to withdraw from the tender process and seek alternative procurement options.
