Cambridge City Council Winter Warmth Campaign

Tender description

This project is to deliver a "Winter Energy Campaign" to help support Cambridge residents to maintain a warmer home, and to reduce their energy bills over the winter period. The proposal is to procure a company to manage the delivery of a city wide marketing campaign and to provide tailored assistance to areas of deprivation and those residents experiencing fuel poverty. The appointed company will be required to manage the campaign in terms of developing a marketing strategy, resource the provision of an advice service, and conducting home visits. Residents will be provided advice on how to heat their home efficiently, free basic energy and water saving products, and links to grant funding for home improvements where available.
