Lane End Developments are looking to enter in to a back to back deal to procure the works t with phased sectional completion, for 69 units. Full Planning approval has been gained for use class C3. The erection of up to 69 units, based on a mix with full planning permission: 6 teal bungalows; 2 Type w flats over garage; 4 Type B semi houses; 17 Type D semi/ mews houses; 12 Type E detached houses; 11 Type F2 mews houses; 5 Type F3 mews houses; 3 Type G detached houses; 1 Type H detached houses; 8 Type X town houses.
