Atomic Force Microscope - AWARD

Tender description

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase a high-end atomic force microscope with ancillary modules. The microscope will reside in a central university facility (the Electron Microscopy Research Technology Platform, EM-RTP), will provide routine imaging for a wide range of users across Warwick University and will service the needs of specialist microscopy users.
