2018 Contracts for Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes

The Legal Aid Agency is inviting Applicants to submit a Tender to deliver Contract Work in one or more of 46 Scheme Areas from 1 October 2018. Applicants should respond only to those HPCDS Scheme Area ITTs that relate to the Scheme Area(s) for which they are eligible and in which they wish to Tender to deliver HPCDS Contract Work. Applicants must as a minimum respond to the HPCDS Applicant ITT and at least one HPCDS Scheme Area ITT. There is no obligation to respond to a particular HPCDS Scheme Area ITT or all HPCDS Scheme Area ITTs. This opportunity opens on 12 October 2017. The deadline for submitting a response is 5pm on 4 December 2017. Applicants wishing to deliver Contract Work must submit a Tender which consists of: a response to the HPCDS Applicant ITT; and a response to one or more HPCDS Scheme Area ITTs. Before submitting their Tender, Applicants must read the HPCDS IFA in its entirety and all supplementary information provided, such as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Scheme Area Guides. Applicants must also read the HPCDS Contract in full to ensure that they understand the full nature and extent of the obligations they are proposing to accept. The HPCDS IFA can be found in the ‘Buyer Attachments’ section of the ITT or can be downloaded from the Gov.uk website: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/civil-2018-contracts-tender We will accept questions about this IFA up until 23.59 on 7 November 2017 (referred to below as 'Final date to submit questions about the HPCDS ITTs’).
