Tender description
The service is for the 0 — 19 healthy child programme. (Health Visiting Family Nurse Partnership and School Nursing). The initial procurement process was a competitive dialogue in other to enable the council to get the best qualitative outcome. However, The financial landscape in local government has changed and the possible impact on this and other related services did not make it viable for the Council to continue with the current procurement at the present time. As such this procurement has been abandoned.
