Tender description
VIVID is a Hampshire based Registered Provider of homes and services to local communities throughout Hampshire and parts of Surrey. We were created from a merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Associations. We have around 70,000 customers, 30,000 homes and 1,000 staff and are the largest provider of housing association homes in Hampshire with a strong commitment to addressing housing needs. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone. VIVID carry out all repairs and maintenance for the aforementioned properties using their own workforce team - VIVID repairs and spent approximately £25million over the last 5 years on the supply of materials.
