The provision of a workforce management solution to support the NHSBSA in managing time and attendance, absence management, scheduling, demand driven scheduling, task and workflow management, labour forecasting, budgeting and budget forecasting and reporting. The purpose of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: — To inform the market operators of NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) interest in a Workforce Management System, initially for its HR Shared Services, but the NHSBSA may explore options for other areas. — The engagement is part of the NHSBSA's preliminary market consultation phase and its purpose is to understand the current market offering and rough order of magnitude costs. — Interested Suppliers should complete the document at nhsbsa.bravosolution.co.uk and submit via Bravo by noon on the 20.10.2017 — The document is in relation to the services required by the HR Shared Service Department for task and workflow management, time and attendance, absence management, scheduling and rostering, and planning and forecasting. The services are required to improve workforce efficiency and optimisation. In addition, there is an opportunity for Suppliers to provide a demo of their system on 1.11.2017. Please confirm willingness to participate in a short demonstration of your solution. Depending on the level of interest, the NHSBSA may need to limit places for a demonstration.
