NHS Shared Business Services, on behalf of NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)+, is seeking expressions of interest from providers which will be used to enable NHS Oldham CCG to understand the market position and determine the commissioning strategy in relation to a potential tender for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services from Lindley Medical Practice. +NHS England, Lancashire and Greater Manchester are the accountable authority for the provision of local GP practice services in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements in place from April 2015, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have delegated responsibility and together with NHS England are currently reviewing a number of practices in the Greater Manchester Area. NHS Oldham CCG are considering the need to commission an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract which is currently delivered from: Lindley Medical Practice Integrated Care Centre (ICC) New Radcliffe Street Oldham OL1 1NL NHS Oldham CCG and NHS England (known as the Commissioner) wish to engage with the market in order to gain a better understanding of the level of interest within the market. Accordingly the Commissioner is asking the interested organisations to express their interest following the instructions below. Practice and Service Information Raw practice list size: 2,945 Normalised weighted list size: 2934 Please note the list size provided relates to both the weighted (W) and raw (R) list taken as of 1st July 2017. It will be a requirement that all services are offered from the existing premises. These services only relate to the registered practice list at the ICC and do not include other services that operate out of the ICC including other registered practices services or the Walk In Service. The aim of the services are to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients of each practice as well as the local quality scheme known as 'EQALS Plus' and EQALS Boilerplate'. Procurement and Contracting Information It is proposed that the terms and conditions of service, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in General Medical Services (GMS) contracts.
