Tender description

Choice Housing uses 3 Avaya IP Office 500 systems connected in a small community network, these need tobe upgraded to version 9.1. The existing Voice-mail server and Contact Store will need to be upgraded, and 1-Xportal will need to be installed. This tender covers 4 key elements: i) The upgrade of the current Avaya System over our 3 sites; ii) A 3 year support and maintenance package of the Avaya System; iii) A replacement solution for the CCR; iv) A 3 year support and maintenance package for the new CCR.
