Cheshire East Council is looking to enhance it's range of care and support services for people with moderate to complex learning disabilities, mental health needs and physically disabilities. We are looking to introduce a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to assist commissioners and individuals in purchasing high quality care services which meet the needs of and achieve positive outcomes for local residents. The DPS will be used to commission a range of services, including: Community Support, Supported Living, Planned Respite, Emergency Respite, Residential Care Prior to implementing the DPS, Commissioners are keen to engage with the market to establish current and future capacity of providers to deliver this essential range of services and to develop the capacity to co-produce the associated service specifications.
