Establish a framework of Cleaning organisations.. The framework will cover the Yorkshire and Humberside area and cover all types of cleaning requirements and will primarily be used by the Red Kite Learning Trust, although the framework will be open to all Public Sector Bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) based in the Yorkshire and Humberside area.
