Torus are going to market to seek a contractor to carry out roof replacements, the renewal of wall ties and repainting. Predominantly in the Warrington and St Helens areas, however this could expand throughout the North West in the future. The contract length is initially 24 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to performance. Typical buildings would be 2,3 and 4 semi detached and terrace houses and flat blocks with a mixture of hip and gable roof types. With a replacement programme of approx. 600 units per year across both St Helens and Warrington. To also include minor repairs e.g. lintel replacements and rain water gullys.
