Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (the Authority) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of applied behavioural insights and related services, to be used on occasion in isolation and as part of an end-to-end process. The Framework Agreement consists of a single Lot with multiple Suppliers appointed to the Framework Agreement, awarding to five (5) Potential Providers. The single lot structure addresses feedback received, the requirement to coordinate different Suppliers for more than 1 lot could seriously risk undermining the proper execution of the Framework Agreement. The Framework has been designed to facilitate collaborative working to build ongoing relationships with government teams, and to contribute to growing the supplier market. The Supplier shall be able to provide Services including, but not limited too, -Policy analysis, development and advice: — Service insight, service design, service delivery and organisational reform; — Design and implementation of trials; — Evaluation and reporting of trials; — Capability building; and — Thought leadership.
