Tender description

Expressions of Interest and indicative pricing is sought for the provision of: - Remove debris from gutters without scaffold required Debris typically includes leaves and chips from damaged tiles, but this is not exhaustive Requirement is for an initial trial of circa 10nr blocks on current LMH stock. Stock profiled, and pricing required as below: - Price per Camera Survey to be undertaken by provider - Price per Gutter Clearance to 3 storey flat - Price per Gutter Clearance to 2 storey maisonette (effectively 4 storey) LMH would also like to see a proposal of how provider would be able to deliver this service to LMH Expressions of Interest / proposals are to be sent to: Christopher.davies@liverpoolmh.co.uk Keywords: estate management, gutter vaccum, gutter
