Tender description
Market Engagement Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (BMBC) has a small but slowly increasing number of young people placed within independent residential provision, but only around a quarter of these are currently placed within Barnsley. BMBC aims to explore a range of options around delivery models to enable a greater percentage of our young people requiring independent residential provision to be located within the Borough.
