PAN1670 - Visit Leicester Signage

Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a competent and experienced contractor for the manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of a new Visit Leicester Information Centre Signage and Fixings. The Contractor is required to manufacture, supply, deliver and install signage as detailed in the Scope of Work. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of obsolete signage installed at location currently. The Visit Leicester Information Centre is operated by Leicester City Council to provide tourists and visitors up-to-date information and advice on what to see and do in Leicester and the county. The information centre has been in operation at 51 Gallowtree Gate, Leicester LE1 5AD since 2013. Recently the Council has created a visual identity for the city of Leicester and launched the new Visit Leicester website (www.visitleicester.info), which is completely redesigned using the city visual identity. The Visit Leicester Information Centre requires new signage for the exterior of the building that replicates the look and feel of the Visit Leicester website and promotes the location as an information centre for tourists and visitors. The proposed contract will be a one off contract, due to end on 31 January 2018. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier. Keywords: external, Signage, centre, information, Tourism
