Ventilation system cleaning The cleaning of the ventilation systems every six months at the Northern General Hospital in line with Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTM) 03-01 Part B. Ventilation Filter changing The changing of the filters within the ventilation systems at the Northern General Hospital in line with Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTM) 03-01 Part A & B and Trust agreed policies and procedures. All filters will be changed every six months in line with current working practices. Filters will be provided by the Trust and the awarded contractor will use the Trust waste stream for the disposal of filters. The initial contract duration is three years, with an optional one plus one year extension, and is also available to the Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust, and other Public Sector Organisations.
