Wirral Growth Company is a proposed Joint Venture between Wirral Borough Council and a private sector partner. Please note the procurement tender process under the requisite European Community Directive for this partner is currently live. However a wide range of communications activities are needed to support this process and the successful launch of Wirral Growth Company in early 2018. This contract will seek to support the delivery of the Growth Company's objectives - and the wider regeneration ambitions of Wirral Council - through the creation of high-quality, professional marketing materials to promote the borough at the MIPIM UK property conference in October. A key element of the work will be the development of a shared narrative of place, a story which sells the borough and its benefits to potential investors and key target sectors. Alongside this, refreshed photography and print / digital promotional materials are required to present the borough as a desirable investment location.
