Draw-down Framework Agreement for the Provision of Insulin Pump Therapy. Full details are available in Tender Response Document. Insulin Pump Therapy — Standard Care: — A digital portable electronic insulin pump suitable for Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion (CSII) therapy including any non disposable accessories (e.g. handsets, Insertion devices, instruction manuals). Insulin Pump Therapy — Complex Care: A digital portable electronic insulin pump suitable for Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion (CSII) therapy including any non disposable accessories (e.g. handsets, Insertion devices, instruction manuals) with Continuous Glucose Monitoring capability (CGM) and Transmitters. — CGM — small wearable device that tracks glucose throughout the day and night, notifying highs and lows. — Transmitter — Transmit data from the glucose sensor to pump. A wireless hand-held device that can be used with Insulin Pumps and can be used to perform functions such as programming, controlling and adjusting settings. E.g. handsets for disposable patch pump. A device that sends data via a wireless signal to the display monitor of an insulin pump/PDM/Smart device with information on Continuous Glucose Monitoring from a sensor. A Continuous Glucose Monitoring sensor with a duration of use of more than 1 month (Please note Continuous Glucose Monitoring sensors with a duration of use of less than 1 month are accessed via the PCRS Reimbursement List).
