Measurement of metrics to monitor the heat networks market in the UK

Tender description

This contract appointed a supplier to quantify a set of proposed metrics to create a snapshot of the current state of the heat networks market in the UK. This involved collecting data from several sources and reviewing proposed methodologies and data sources to identify a final list of metrics that could be delivered within time and budget (to be agreed with BEIS), before proceeding to the quantification of each metric. The supplier was asked to produce a final report, including description of the detailed process an methodologies applied to calculate each metric, and a step by step guidance to replicate these measurements in the future.
