Tender description

St. Helens Council is looking to appoint a ‘L8 – ACOP’ monitoring contractor, for a short period, while a full 4 year (2+1+1) term contract is tendered, for a proposed implementation date from April 2018. Therefore, we seek tenders from registered ‘Legionella Contractor Association’ companies to undertake the monitoring function on our behalf. Effective from 01st November 2017 for a minimum period to 31st March 2018, but it may be needed to extend this period until the early summer period of 2018.
