Tender description
Severn Trent Water (STW), Severn Trent plc, and Dee Valley Water (DVW) wish to award a contract for the provision of corporate, tax and treasury legal services. ST plc, STW and DVW wish to engage a legal firm specialising in the practice areas of Corporate and Tax and Treasury legal services. The firm shall be expected to have experience of working within the water sector and have demonstrable experience in M&A, tax and treasury transactions. The firm is also expected to have an international presence (or be part of an international alliance) in a number of jurisdictions including the USA (New York).
