Mandatory Laser Output Requirements o Operating wavelength: 950-1100 nm o Average output power: >= 10 W o Max pulse energy: >= 400 uJ o Pulse duration (FWHM, Gaussian approximation): <190 fs o Pulse duration tunability: 190fs — 10 ps o Controllable laser repetition rate: 1kHz — 1MHz o Integrated pulse picker for pulse-on-demand. o Harmonics module output: 2nd, 3rd harmonics of the laser fundament wavelength 3. Desirable Requirements o Output beam quality: M2 < 1.3 o Output beam divergence: collimated, <1.2 times of diffraction limited. o Output polarization: Linear, preferable horizontal. o Pulse contrast: <1:200 o Bust mote operation: Laser capable of generating pulse burst with intra-burst pulse distance within 10-30 ns and 200-500 ps. o Harmonics conversion efficiencies: >50 % for 2nd harmonics, >25 % for 3rd harmonics of the specified 1st harmonic pulse energy. 4. Implementation Requirements One day of on-site included as service visit to check parameters setting and check the hardware, software functionality and training. 5. Contract Management Requirements The University should be able to enter into a Contract for a maximum period of 12 months with the successful supplier. This will comprise of an initial contract period with an option to exercise an extended warranty or maintenance agreement subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the University.
