Hire of Portable Toilets including Luxury Trailer Toilets and Disabled Toilets, Shower Units and Bay Trailer Toilets

Tender description

The Council is seeking to award a multiple supplier framework to provide the hire of Portable Toilets which include Luxury toilet trailer units and Disabled Toilets; Shower Units, and Bay trailer Toilets for a minimum of 3 major events within the City of Sunderland in 2018. A review of events beyond 2018 will be discussed with the successful suppliers early January 2019 and yearly thereafter. The list of 2018 events included in this tender is not exhaustive and it is expected that pricing will be held for all events known or unknown in 2018. The framework will be split into three lots and bidders can apply for one or more lots. Lot 1: Portable Toilets including Luxury toilet trailer units and Disabled Toilets Lot 2: Shower Units Lot 3: Bay Trailer Toilets The framework will be awarded on a ranked supplier basis. It is envisaged the top three highest ranked suppliers will be appointed to this framework per lot, Initially orders will be placed with the supplier ranked first for each lot however if the first ranked supplier is unable to meet the Council’s requirements orders may be placed with the supplier ranked second and so on. If there is a situation where none of the suppliers awarded on the framework can do the whole of an event because of size the Council reserve the right to split a lot down into zones.
