This is a market information exercise only and depending on the outcome, a procurement for some combination of the services may take place. The value of any such procurement or level of interest cannot be predicted at this stage and although a date is provided in II.3 no guarantees can be given regarding when and if a contract notice will be issued or if a procurement will take place at all. Should the procurement proceed it may involve: Engage with young adult offenders, 18 to 24 yrs at risk of entering the formal justice system by assessing, identifying, and planning critical pathways for intervention to reduce the risk of reoffending. Formulate an engagement plan by identifying interventions and ongoing referrals and sign posting to other services to support the young adult to make positive life choices. To support the young adult and to access universal, targeted and specialist provision and undertake early help interventions including family support services where appropriate. To work with eligible young adult offenders referred to under the Gateway Project and complete a personalised assessment that identifies critical pathways of need including safeguarding and appropriate risk assessments. Liaise with partners relevant to each support plan to facilitate appointments and support the delivery of effective referral and recruitment pathways into other agency services. Manage a caseload of clients, and maintain regular supportive contact with each individual allowing them to take ownership of their plan, navigating them into engagement with services; support, recovery, activity planning, and to maintain engagement with the programme Assist the young adult offenders to maintain on-going engagement with multi-agency partners to support them with any intervention i.e. restorative justice approaches, treatment Assist the young adult offender to take ownership of their future options, recognising and addressing key areas for change to promote positive life choices and reduce likelihood of reoffending. Contribute to case progress reviews, presenting reports on levels of engagement and motivation of the young adult. Maintain confidential reports and case notes, record intervention plans and risk assessments in accordance with professional and partnership guidelines. Participating in the monitoring and evaluation of service delivery and service performance against specified standards and targets.
