Tender description

Medway Council invites quotations for the supply and installation of a window replacement programme at Gillingham Library as detailed in the Specification of Requirement (Document 2) and in accordance with these instructions (Document 1) and the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract, which is envisaged to be the JCT Minor Building Works 2011 The Contract is anticipated to commence on 4th December 2017 and will continue for an estimated period 12 weeks unless this timeframe is deemed unachievable by the tendering contractors, or is terminated by the employer in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
