Our vision is to create a high profile ticketed music event (or series of events) with UK and international artists that will create national and international exposure. PCC is open to a range of delivery models. This includes the Council providing the project management staff and operational delivery (staff). Our highly qualified team have vast amounts of experience in the delivery of major international events including Olympic Torch Relay, MTV Crashes Plymouth, The America's Cup, The British Firework Championships and National Armed Forces Day. PCC is keen to see an evolution and building of a brand starting with the first event in 2018 and fully establishing itself by 2020. In 2020 Plymouth will celebrate the 400 year sailing of the Mayflower to the United States. We see that a music event will be a key part of those global celebrations.
