Dowding House Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is seeking proposals for the provision of cleaning and grounds maintenance services at it's Dowding House facility in Paddock Wood. The Council wishes to appoint a single contractor to provide the services outlined in the specification for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend by a further year based on contractor performance. The Kent Business Portal eProcurement system will be used to facilitate the secure interchange of documents and all communication should be made via this system. We will be accepting expressions of interest until 12:00pm on Monday 23rd October 2017, after which no further interest will be accepted. Your response must be submitted electronically into the same tender box that you used to retrieve the original documents, duly completed and signed before the dead-line and when the tender box closes at 12:00pm on Monday 30th October 2017.
