QUB invites organisations to provide information on their service and solution offerings with a particular focus on how their solutions and services have the potential to deliver against the project objectives set out in Appendix 1 (Project Requirements). Appendix 2 (Response Template) outlines the high-level requirements that are expected to be delivered by any potential replacement solution. This template provides an indication only of what QUB currently expects the requirements to be; this may be subject to change as a result of the assessment of the market and available technologies.
