Tender description
This is a 2-stage process with the first stage being PQQ and the second stage being ITT. The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services to deliver a public Realm scheme for Maghera town centre. The commission is for the appointment of a project manager led multi-disciplinary Consultancy team to prepare, develop and project manage the delivery of the public realm scheme from RIBA Stages 0-7.
