The Pirbright Institute is seeking to appoint a construction partner to support the design and construction of the ISO facility conversion (constructed in circa 2005) into a poultry experimental facility. The Pirbright Institute requires the facility to be returned to operations by 3.6.2019, with construction works completed by the end of March 2019. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest, capability and views of proposed delivery methodology to undertake the required services. Applicants are only required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice. The Pirbright Institute (TPI) is a world-leading centre of excellence in research, providing the UK with the capacity to predict, detect, understand and respond to the incursions of high-consequence viral pathogens of livestock, and viruses that spread from animals to humans. This PIN leads seeks completion of a soft market test (SMT) which is designed to test market capability and interest in the proposed delivery approach. In order to receive further information and/or complete the SMT please either issue the names and email addresses of 2 authorised signatories (Director level) to allow release of a confidentiality agreement, or provide detail of your previously signed confidentiality agreement. You will not be provided with further information until successful receipt of a correctly signed agreement is in place.
