Tender description

This Request for Tender document sets out the Tailte Éireann Working Group’s requirement to engage an organisation in the production of the Conceptual Data Model by means of: 1. Facilitating and capturing the output of workshops between Business Process and Data Domain Experts from within the component organisations (OSi, PRA and VO). 2. Using a Domain Modelling approach, documenting the CDM using various levels of UML Diagrams with supporting documentation which must include an overview and key concepts to support a 15-minute briefing to senior management stakeholders. 3. Documenting the essential Business Use Cases from within each constituent organisation that describe how the identified objects are created or utilised. 4. Documenting the results of integrating the Initial CDM and potential Business Use Cases. 5. Presenting key outputs to the Project Governance at agreed milestones. 6. Providing an accessible and central source for all working and completed documents. Tender Proposers are required to demonstrate their capability in delivering expert facilitation and provide specified related services. An indicative timeframe for commencement of the engagement is November 2016.
