Chichester District Council - Car Park Maintenance and Repairs Contract 2017 - 2020 - AWARD

Tender description

This project has been awarded - Chichester District Council owns and manages 29 car parks across the district, covering both city and rural areas. Car parks range in size and the council has a duty to ensure these are maintained in a manner which meets our health and safety and corporate requirements. The map at Appendix 1 shows the locations of all car parks. The Employer is seeking suitable contractor(s) to tender for a Car Park Maintenance and Repairs Contract. The successful contractor(s) will be capable of providing all of the following services on an ad hoc basis; Tarmacking Any sort of Ground works (installing bollards, sign posts, filling holes, Block Paving) Fencing General cleaning (lamp posts) Drain/Gully Clearance Painting This contract may be accessed by other councils in West Sussex for similar types of work.
