In addition to the bodies identified above, in appropriate circumstances and in compliance with any legal and regulatory requirement, the opportunity for services to be provided through this contract may also be offered to the above mentioned organisations who may have similar usage volumes. The Council intends to tender for a contract to provide the accommodation, management, maintenance and operation of the Bromley CCTV Service. As such, this PIN does not formally signify the beginning of a procurement process and does not constitute commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. In the event that the London Borough of Bromley decides to commence formally procurement pursuant to this PIN a separate OJEU Contract Notice will be issued.
