Tender description

Axiom Housing Association wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a midday meals service to least three Extra Care Schemes in Peterborough (currently circa 140 residents, together with a potential opportunity to extend the service (if required by Axiom) to an additional site in Bassenhally, Whittlesey for an anticipated further 65 residents with effect from circa 1.4.2019. Further details are provided in the procurement documents”. Axiom Housing Association wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a midday meals service to least three Extra Care Schemes in Peterborough (currently circa 140 residents), together with a potential opportunity to extend the service (if required by Axiom) to an additional site in Bassenhally, Whittlesey for an anticipated further 65 residents with effect from circa 1.4.2019. The contract term is an initial 36 months with a potential extension of up to a further 24 months subject to contractor performance and available budget. Any decision to extend the contract will be entirely at Axiom's discretion. An existing service is in place for the three sites in Peterborough and, accordingly, TUPE may apply.
