Tender description
The Employer is an owner of a portal framed industrial shed (the Fisheries building) located within a larger complex with multiple buildings. Water ingress is occurring within the building via the cavity walls and is resulting in defects to the box gutters. The package of works includes cut edge corrosion treatment to profiled metal roofing sheets, gutter relining, and replacement of insulation within profiled metal cladding to the affected walls and external decoration of the profiled metal cladding.
