Tender description

Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited wishes to engage an external audit provider for services to Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL), Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd, Dundee Airport Ltd and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) (the Companies). CMAL and HIAL are owned by the Scottish Government with Scottish Ministers the sole shareholder of both companies. Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited wishes to engage an external audit provider for services to Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL), Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd, Dundee Airport Ltd and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) (the Companies). For further information on these companies please see http://www.cmassets.co.uk, and http://www.hial.co.uk Note: CMAL is acting on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) and Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) and Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) for this exercise and any subsequent Contract placed. All provisions agreed at Schedules 2 and 3 will apply to any Contract placed and will supersede any other terms for the provision of this service. The Contract will commence with an audit of the accounts for year ending 31.3.2018 and end with an audit of the accounts year ending 31.3.2021 and or 31.3.2026 if all the 5 year extensions are granted as per the extended contract period arranged.
