The appointed consultants to the framework will have a strong focus on value for money and ensure that accountability for the following services delivered through the contract: — Building Surveys, Party Wall Surveys, Principle Designer duties under the CDM 2015 regulations, Damp Surveys, Employers Agent, 3rd Party Quality Audits, Other Related services. The framework will be tendered as 5 individual lots: Lot 1 North East & Scotland Lot 2 North & South Lakes Lot 3 Central Lot 4 South Lot 5 National 3rd Party Quality Audits.
