Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply and implementation of a fully hosted leisure management system for Midlothian Council. The system will facilitate Midlothian council in managing leisure centre operations, providing online services to customers and increasing revenue and retention. Midlothian Council requires a fully vendor hosted and managed solution with a class leading online customer portal, intuitive booking, membership and facility management facilities. All systems provided must meet the Council's IT security and data protection criteria including PSN compliance PSN, PCI and IT Security criteria. Essential to this tender is a strong, proven ability to implement the system across our leisure estate. Midlothian would also value propositions which offer added value beyond these core requirements.
