Heathrow would like to engage with prospective service providers who would be interested in providing a range of premium services that are paid for by passengers. The premium services include Meet and Assist and Luggage Porters. Heathrow would like to understand the current marketplace and service providers that currently undertake services (both services or separate services) in these areas and also participants that believe they have the necessary skills to undertake these services and work closely with Heathrow.
