Tender description

The Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) has been issued by ORE Catapult, as collaboration lead on behalf of the Catapult Centres and their Trading Subsidiaries as part of a competitive procurement exercise in accordance with the ‘Open’ procedure for tendering under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time). The Audit Service has been divided into the following two (2) Lots to cover the requirements of the Catapults. Submissions will be accepted for any one or combination of Lots. Lot 1: ORE Catapult only (Contract) The ORE Catapult is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified Auditor to work closely with and fully support the management of its external audit service arrangement. Lot 2: Framework — all Catapults The intention is to appoint three (3) suitably capable Auditors to Lot 2. However, the Authority reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in the best interests of the Buying Authority. Lot 1: Audit Service Contract for ORE Catapult only The ORE Catapult is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified Auditor to work closely with and fully support the management of its external audit service arrangement. Whilst the term is for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years; this Contract remains subject to annual appointment in accordance with Companies Act 2006. Lot 2: Framework — all Catapults The intention is to appoint three (3) suitably capable Auditors to Lot 2. However, the Authority reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in the best interests of the Buying Authority.
