Ulster University is seeking to design and implement a leadership development programme for its reconstituted senior leadership team the focus of the programme will be to prepare the team for leading change in delivering Five and Fifty – the Strategic Plan. The programme will focus on building the capability, competence and confidence of the Senior University Leadership Team, in a sustainable way, so that they can lead the University in an environment of challenging and exciting change. The purpose of the programme will be to advance the leadership skills of the senior team in promoting a culture of excellence and one which empowers individuals, galvanises teams and creates a high performing organisation.
