Tender description

Daily manned security guarding services at NMC premises in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. The NMC hold regular legal hearings across their offices in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. The hearings take place daily in 2 of the 3 London offices located in Aldwych and Stratford and on an ad-hoc basis elsewhere. The minimum number of hearings per day is 3; the maximum is 6 across all locations. Manned guarding presence in all the hearing centres for all hearings that take place within these locations. The requirement will be on an ad hoc basis with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 guards required on a daily basis. The details of each weekly requirement are provided on the Friday preceding the following working week. The requirement will be a uniformed guarding presence from 8:00 to 18:00. All security guards must be SIA accredited, have a good level of spoken English and good communication skills. Flexibility and and ability to provide the requisite guarding at the notice stated above is essential.
