Repair and Consolidation of Anfield Cemetery Catacombs Liverpool City Council invites bids from suitably experienced and qualified companies for the above contract. The aims and objectives of the proposed works to the North and South Catacomb’s are as follows: Repair and consolidate the listed structures to secure them for the medium term (5 years) Restore the primary masonry profile of the buildings Re-present the structures in the listed landscape Secure the buildings, discouraging access in order to minimise informal abuse, including maintaining the security of the below ground catacombs /crypt. Implement works which facilitate and encourage future restoration and conservation of the Catacombs. Please note both North and South Catacombs are Grade II listed Keywords: Repair and Consolidation of Anfield Cemetery Catacombs
