Tender description

Midland Heart is tendering for the following: Lot 1 — A Mobile Security Service to patrol Midland Hearts general needs schemes in Birmingham, Coventry, and Wolverhampton Regions. This will cover approx. 16 940 properties. The Contractor will work alongside Midland Heart's Housing Management and Inclusion Services teams to co-ordinate the security activities and report on anti social behaviour. Lot 2 — Midland Heart requires a static security concierge service to operate at scheduled hours at a number of services across the Midlands. All services are part of Midland Heart's Inclusion Services, providing supported accommodation to vulnerable customers who have experienced, or are at risk of, homelessness. These customer groups can include young people (aged 16-24), people who have experienced street homelessness, people who have experienced domestic abuse, people who display challenging behaviour and people with complex needs. Services range in size from 15 to 80 units of accommodation.
