Provision of Occupational Health Management System

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is seeking competitive quotes for the provision of a web browser based occupational health unit management system together with software support. NCC is a large County Council with approximately 7500 centrally employed staff. The Occupational Health Unit (OHU) provides services to both NCC's corporate departments as well as schools, academies and a range of external contracts. These services include the full range of occupational health activities including assessments, and health surveillance. This procurement is to select a supplier to provision and support a web/ cloud based occupational health management system. The contract will be for 3 years subject to annual review. A specification of the work to be undertaken is attached to this ITQ (Schedule 1), together with a contract which will form the basis of a contract between the Council and the successful bidder. Please read the specification and the terms of the contract carefully. Quotes submitted shall be in accordance with and subject to the terms of these instructions and any other documents comprising this invitation.
