The majority of the staff needed will be suitably trained Healthcare Assistants. • The service will continue to evolve including the increase in uptake amongst families of Personal Health Budgets and framework providers will need to be able to respond to and support this approach. • The service provider(s) will work with other Health providers including St Georges University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which provides the Children's Community Nursing Service. • The currently intended procurement process to establish the AQP framework for the provision of this service is outlined below: The procurement process will seek assurance that applicant providers will be flexible, professional and competent, having the relevant experience working in partnership with Children and Young People, as well as Parents and Carers to make a difference.
