Tender description

Wiltshire Council has a number of capital construction projects either underway on site, or about to commence on site. The projects in question are a combination of housing and education projects with one being an economic and regeneration project.The Council has a need to appoint the services of a professional Clerk of Works organisation to undertake Building, Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Works services across each of the projects and in line with the Wiltshire Council Scope of Services document.
