LPS require a Contractor to replace the current paper based sketching and data keying process with a digitally enabled solution. The overall solution will enable LPS field staff to collect both property and case significant data electronically on site, sketch to scale, capture photographs and save this information directly into back office systems. Staff will be able to collect data in both online and offline states. The solution will enable valuation staff to take all relevant case and property information into the field in an electronic format on a hand-held tablet. A COTS drawing package will be used to draw the property accurately and to scale using an integrated blue tooth laser meter.
